These terms govern your use of drinkhuevo.com and any purchase from Huevo LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Where huevo is sold

drinkhuevo.com is an information and brand site: it does not take payment or ship product. Retail purchases are made through our Amazon storefront and through retailers that carry huevo, and those sellers' terms apply to those purchases. Wholesale purchases are placed by email by approved partners and invoiced by Huevo LLC under our Wholesale Terms (see our wholesale page). The "Orders" and "Pricing" sections below apply to purchases made directly from Huevo LLC.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape it, interfere with it, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send spam. The launch-notice form is for people 18 or older.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is unavailable, if pricing was posted in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We try hard to be accurate, but if a product, price, or description contains an error, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even after confirmation.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images. Nutrition information reflects the current formulation; always read the label on the tub you receive, particularly for allergens.

Product and health notice

huevo is a conventional food product with a Nutrition Facts panel, not a dietary supplement, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on our site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Allergens: contains egg. The Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor also contains peanut. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient.

Proposition 65

WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/food.

Intellectual property

The huevo name, logo, packaging, site content, and copy are ours or our licensors'. You may not use them without written permission. Approved retail partners may use our product images and brand assets to sell huevo, consistent with any brand guidelines we provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, don't try to break or overload it, don't scrape it, and don't resell our products in a way that violates these terms or our wholesale agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Huevo LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted when you order is the one that applies.
