Where you bought it decides how a return works

drinkhuevo.com does not sell anything directly. Retail purchases of huevo are made through our Amazon storefront (once live) and through the stores that carry us. Wholesale purchases are placed by email by approved partners and invoiced by Huevo LLC under our Wholesale Terms. See our wholesale page.

Bought on Amazon

Your order is covered by Amazon's return and refund policy and by the A-to-z Guarantee. Start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account. Amazon's policy applies to timing, eligibility, and how refunds are issued, and it takes precedence over anything on this page for those orders.

If Amazon's process doesn't solve the problem, email info@drinkhuevo.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll help.

Bought from a store

Please return it to the store you bought it from under their policy. If a store can't help with a product defect, contact us.

If something is wrong with the product

Whatever channel you bought through, if a tub arrives damaged, leaking, past its best-by date, or with a broken safety seal, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We will replace it or arrange a refund through the seller, at your choice, and we cover the cost. Because huevo is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened tubs for resale, but we still want to hear about a flavor that didn't work for you.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale purchases are governed by our Wholesale Terms, which approved partners receive with their account. In brief: report shortages or damage within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we replace at no charge; unopened cases in saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee — email us for a return authorization first, and return freight is the retailer's cost unless the error was ours; opened cases are not returnable.
